Terms and Conditions

General

Unless specified as otherwise prices quoted are for the amount of night’s accommodation described per tour. Depending on availability your reservation will be confirmed once we have checked availability with our accommodation providers and the golf courses.The maximum occupancy of any tour is for the number of people advertised on the web site. This number must not be exceeded unless agreed with Golf Crest at the time of booking. In the case where your group may exceed the maximum capacity, any extra persons will be charged the per person rate. We reserve the right to refuse any extra people over and above the maximum number of people advertised if we feel it is in excess of the said tour’s capacity

What is included?

The number of night’s accommodation and the meals and services as described for each tour on this website. See each tour page and itinerary for further information.Your Golf Crest host will organise transfers to and from the airport or train station- Bordeaux airport or train station for the Bordeaux Golf Crest Tour. Biarritz airport or train station for the Biarritz Golf Crest Tour.

What is not included

Travel & medical insurance, golf club hire, professional tuition if required, lunches (except Biarritz tour when packed lunches will be supplied) Drinks are not included (except when served with dinner on the Biarritz villa tour)

Bookings

The person who signs the booking form is liable for that booking, even if other names appear on the form. No contract shall exist until we have received the completed booking form, deposits and we have confirmed your booking by means of invoice.

Payment

Golf Crest requires a 25% deposit paid on booking and the balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the start of the tour. If monies are not paid according to the booking conditions as set out we reserve the right to cancel booking and keep deposits without further reference to clients.Deposit payments can be made by the party leader by credit card, debit card or BACSBalance payments are accepted by BACS only.

Web Site Information

Although we take care to ensure that the particulars on our web site are correct, we are not liable for any changes that may occur between the time of booking and the time our clients go on holiday.

Client Indemnity

The person making the booking shall indemnify us against all actions, loses, damages, and costs that may arise from any person (such as villa owner or hotel) as a consequence of any act or default by such a person making the booking or any person he or she may have included on the booking form.

Cancellations of Holidays

We shall not cancel the holiday after the date when the final payment is due, unless it’s necessary to do so for reasons out of our control. These reasons include war, political unrest, strikes, acts of God, epidemics, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activities, natural and technical disasters, closure of ports and airports, or unless the client defaults in the payments of monies due. If for a reason without our control it becomes necessary to cancel a holiday on or before the date when the final payment is due, we shall offer a refund of all monies paid. Cancellations of holidays should be made in writing to Golf –Crest Ltd with proof of posting.

Client late Cancellation charges

50% of total payment after final balance paid.
